A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order
at 4 P.M. at the Southold Town Clerk's Office on Sept. 28, 1959.

Minutes of previous meeting read for information.
Mr. HARRY TUTHILL appeared before the Board to present an
application for building a dock for PETER and IRMA VIGNES,
Naugles Drive, Mattituck, N.Y. on the Mattituck Creek Channel
in front of their property, the dock to be T-shaped with the
outside of the dock parallel to the shore line and in line
with existing bulkheads on either side of their property
as per drawing submitted. Application granted. Fee $20.00.
Application of ARTHUR JOOST for permission to dredge and build
a dock in the dredged area in front of his property on Town
Creek, Southold, was read. The dredged area is to be 40 feet
in width extending shoreward.from the present dredged channel
into his property to a depth of 6 feet at low water. The dock
to be 40 feet in length of which 20 feet will be inside of'
present high water mark. Application granted. Fee $25.00.
Applications of adjoining properties owned by MARIE V and
CLARENCE V. SCHAUMANN, NORMA R. PORDON and CLEM and JEAN
McKOWN were submitted requesting permission to dredge ~he
meadow and water in the creek in front of their respective
properties for a width of 15 to 25 feet and to a depth of
3 to 4 feet below mean low water to provide a sandy beach.
Applications were approved and th% fee to be $15.00 each.
Application of F. H. ROBINSON, JR., Indian Neck Lane, Peconic$~
for ~ermission to erect 3 boat stakes in Richmond's Creek
in front of the property of James Knowles, whose consent has
been obtained by him, was read and approved. Fee $1.50.
