Michaelis, a nonexclusive fifteen foot right of way, for the dominant property, over the easterly fifteen feet of Lot 29 as shown on said map, from the north- easterly corner of the premises to Summit Road described as follows: RUNNING from the northeasterly side of Lot 29A as it' abuts Lot 29 along the easterly side of said Lot 29, 99.11 feet more or less to land now or formerly of Eastern Suffolk Realty, Inc; THENCE 30 feet in width along the northerly side of Lot 29, 30 feet; It being the intention of declarants herein to give access to Lot 29A over the easterly fifteen feet of Lot 29 and 30 feet in width over the northerly 30 feet from Lot 30 as shown on said map over the northeasterly portion of Lot 29 to a depth of 30 feet for access to and from Summit Road.
