Dear Town Trustees,
Please consider this pre-submission request to evaluate the conditions at the above
referenced property. Attached you will find a SITE PLAN which shows our intended project to
repair/replace the existing retaining wall, decking, and cabana which were damaged during
Super Storm Sandy. We would like to place the cabana on a new timber foundation, and
reduce the amount of decking surrounding the structure.
Please visit the site and establish to your own satisfaction the Wetlands Boundary Line. You
will note that that line is shown on our SITE PLAN and SURVEY, as delineated by Rob
Herrmann of En-Consultants of Southampton, who is also involved with obtaining permits for
the project.
Attached you will find a check for $50, and an authorization from the owner, David Corcoran,
for you to inspect. If you would be so kind, please call me in advance of your visit at my office
in Cutchogue, 734-6405, and II will meet you there.
