The bulkhead on the subject property that was constructed pursuant to the captioned permit held up fine, but there was extensive storm damage to the adjacent concrete seawall that is located in large part on the adjacent Town owned road end,which in turn led to damage of the subject property behind the structures. Thus,we would like to discuss with the Trustees what they think will be the best long term solution to this situation since I do not believe the owners can act without cooperation from the Town. Please let me know if this email together with my sending you a check for$50 will suffice to be placed on their agenda.
