Please refer to the property survey in the marked areas for where we would like to improve our property. Objectives: • Bring in topsoil to fill the depression on our south side This area is will often having standing water during a heavy rain due to run off from the street on our east side. We have approached the town's highways/roads department (with a letter and photographs) about obtaining fill for a berm on the street side to stop this problem, but as of today they are unresponsive. As a result, it is difficult to grown grass and the area is often moist long after the rain has ceased. In the warmer months it's a hotbed for misquotes. • Extend our patio with 2x2 blue stone pavers and grass, reflecting the patio extension the"fire pit patio" • Bring in top soil on the east lawn side to create a burm for"green fence" plantings* • Plant trees—privet or boxwood—for a "green" privacy fence on our east lawn side of the property.* *These latter projects may not happen until a later time. I am aware there's a 100'from a wetland perimeter which influences what can/cannot be done. We're hoping our plans will not be affected by this, but your advice will be needed. You may contact us at your earliest convenience for a visit to see the area. Thank you, Erwin & Heather Gruber 4955 Moores Lane Cutchogue,NY 11935 Mobile:+1215.776.2072
