A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order
by President Emmons Dean on August 28, 1956, at the Southold
Town Clerk's Office, Southold, N:Y.
Present: Em~ons Dean
Philip Weiler
John McNulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
Marion Winters, Sec.
R. G. Terry, Town Counsel
yr. Oscar B. Gu~h~r of Mattituck, N.Y. appeared before the
Board and pyesented a letter stating certain facts applying
to his application for a grant of land under water dated
July 19, 1956.
The Board referred the application to the Town Board for
their decision as to the proposed application and its
effect on the Town's rights along the road at this point.
The Board of Trustees requested Mr. Gunther to effect a
satisfactory mutual agreement with adjoining property
owners and present it ~ to the Board for its further
consideration.
