A speci~ meetingof the Town Trustees was called to order
at 4 P.M. at the Town Clerk's Office, Southold, New York,
by President Emmons Dean.
Present:
Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
Philip Weiler
Alvah B. Uoldsmith
John F. McNulty
Marion Winters~ Sec.
Grants prepared in accordance with the agreement made at
the last meeting for the land to be filled as a spoil area
west of Westphalia Bridge in Mattituck were signed by the
Board. The grants were issued to the following:
Wilbur A .Kaise &~i~
Vivian D. ~ilder~e~gy~ and
w~g'~'E'$~'~'~,~,,of~v~ey Duryee__.___~___~ Dec'd
These grants were necessary to the continuation of the
dredging operation in Mattituck Creek ~nd were to be issued
for One Dollar each.
Letter of Mathilde Boulanger snd Hector Grupelli to be given
to R. G. Terry, Town Couneel, for his determination of the
procedure under the ci~cumstsnces.
