00 seconds West, 280.63 feet to the southerly side of North Sea Drive; running
thence South 39 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along said southerly side of
North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

AX MAP Numbered Thirty Two (32) by a certain survey of Wm. L. Miller, Licensed Surveyor,
