A meeting of the Town Trustees was called to order at 4:1% P.M. by
President Emmons Dean.
Present:
President Emmons Dean
John McNulty
Frank Dawson
Philip Weiler
Allah B. Goldsmith
Marion Winters~ Sec.
A telephone request for permission to dredge in Jockey Creek for Mr.
A. L. R. Francisco and Mr. Framk Hendrickson was reported by the Clerk.
Mr. R. W. Fox of Port Jefferson m~de the request as the contractor
on the proposed work.
Since no formal request had been received in the interim~ the Board
requested the Secretary to write to the parties and inclose application
forms to be submitted with a sketch showin$ the areas to be dredged and
the location of the disposal areas as well as letters of consent from
all property owners whose properties may be affected by the proposed
work or by the disposal of the dredged materials.
Minutes were read and approved.
