Falvey; running thence along the westerly line of said property now or formerly of the Falveys, the follow- ing course and distance: South 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 202 feet, more or less, to the northerly side of North Sea Drive; running thence South 39 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along said northerly side of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
