Chapter 46 (Flood Damage Prevention) is amended as follows: 1. Section 46-6 is hereby amended to read as follows: The areas of special flood hazard have been identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study Town of Southold. New York. Suffolk County: dated April 17. 1985 with Flood Insurance Rate Maps enumerated on Map Index No. 360813 0001-0120 dated June 18. 1987, The above documents are. hereby. adopted and declared to be a part of this local law and are filed at the Office of the Clerk. Schondebare SUPERVISOR MURPHY: The second public hearing scheduled for this afternoon, is a proposed "Local Law in Relation to Flood Damage Prevention". The official notice to be read by Councilwoman Oliva. COUNCILWOMAN OLIVA: "Notice of Public Hearingon Local Law. Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 15th day of August, 1989, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Flood Damage Prevention". Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 29th day of August, 1989, at 3:32 o'clock P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Flood Damage Protection" reads as follows, to wit: BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I. Chapter 46 (Flood Damage Prevention) of the Code of the Town of Southold is amended as follows: 1. Section 46-6 is hereby amended to read as follows: The areas of special flood hazard have been identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study Town of Southold, New York, Suffolk County: dated April 17, 1985 with Flood Insurance Rate Maps enumerate on Map Index No. 360813 0001-0120 dated June 18, 1987.
