HomeMy WebLinkAboutLL-1989 #11 LOCAL LAW NO. , 1989 A Local Law in Relation to Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Chapter 48 (Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: 1. Section 48-4.B is hereby amended to read as follows: Effective July 1, 1989, in addition to the fees established in Section 48-4.A of this Chapter, there shall bea fee of one cent (1¢~ per pound on loads containing the following: II. COUNCILMAN PENNY: "Public Notice is hereby given that tr.,b..ere has been pre- sented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk...Gbunty, New York, on the 6th day of June, 1989, a Local Law entitled, "A Lod~l Law in Relation to Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse".
