A Local Law in Relation to Zoning
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows:
I. Chapter 100 [Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby
amended as follows:
1. Section 100-61C is hereby amended to read as follows:
C. Accessory uses. The following uses are permitted as accessory
uses and, except for residential accessory uses, and signs which
are governed by Article XX, are subject to site plan review.
2. Section 10Q-71C is hereby amended to read as follows:
C. Accessory uses. The following uses are permitted as accessory

3. Section 100-81C is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Local Law in Relation to Zoning~'. The official, notice to be read by Councilman
Penny..
COUNCILMAN PENNY: "Notice of Public Hearing on Local Law. Public Notice is
hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 11th day of April, 1989, a Local Law
entitled, "A Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Zoning". Notice is
further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hear-
ing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold,
New York, on the 9th day of May, 1989, at 8:00 o'clock, P.M., at which time all
interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Zoning"
amends the permitted and accessory uses in the non-residential districts by requiring
site plan review for such uses. Copies of this Local Law are available in the Office
of the Town Clerk to any interested persons during business hours. Dated: April
25, 1989. Judith T. Terry. Southold Town Clerk." I have an affidavit of publication
from The Suffolk Times, a like affidavit from The Traveler-Watchman, an affidavit
of posting from the Town Clerk that this has been posted on the Town Bulletin
Board for the appropriate time. There is a communication from the Suffolk County
Planning Commission. "Gentlemen: Pursuant to the requirements of Sections A 14-14
to 23 of the Suffolk County Administrative Code, the above referenced application
which has been submitted to the Suffolk County Planning Commission is considered
to be a matter for local determination. A decision of local determination should not
be construed as either an approval or disapproval. Very truly yours, Arthur H.
Kunz, Director of Planning." I have a communication from the Southold Town
Planning Board,"Dear Mrs. Terry: The following action was taken by the Southold
Town Planning Board on Monday, April 17, 1989. Resolved that the Southold Town
Planning Board recommend to the Town Board to adopt the above mentioned proposed
Local Law. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
Very truly yours, Bennett Orlowski, Jr., Chairman." There is no further communi-
cations.
