BE IT ENACTED by the Tow~ Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I. ~100-136.A of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended to read as follows: A.(1) The total building lot yield of the standard subdivision mceting all applicable requirements shall be used to determine the number of building lots which the Planning Board may grant in a clusscr subdivision. {2) Cov~raqa an~setback~fu~rements. The minimum requirements set~orth~ the Bulk and Parking schedule may be reduced by the ~a~fning Board if the Board finds, in writing, that sucjm~reduction is necessary to maximiz~ open space pre~s~--rvatl~n and w~ll not intarfere with adjacent p~erties.~-x ~ II. %~lis Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of State. Lateen Town Clerk Judith T. Terry SUPERVISOR MURPHY: Tbis is a hearing on a proposed "Local Law in Relation to Zoning", to be read by Councilman Penny. COUNCILMAN PENNY: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 9th day of August, 1988, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Zoning", Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Bouthold Town Rail, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 6th day of September, 1908, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Zoning" reads as follows: BE IT ENACTED by tile Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I. This has been posted on the Town Bulletin Board for the i-equired time. I have a communication from the Southold Town Planning Board, "The following action was taken by the 5outhold Town Planning Board on Monday, August ~5, 1~88. RESOLVED that the Bouthold Town Planning Board make a recommendation to the Town Board to approve this amendment pertaining to building lots.
