A Local Law in Relation to Vehicles and Traffic
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as
follows:
I. Chapter 92 of the code of the Town of Southold is hereby
amended as follows:
1. By amending Section 92-32 (Yield Intersections) by
deleting =herefrom the following;
Yield sign on Diraction of Travel
North Bayview Road North
At Intersection with Location (Hamlet)
Pine Neck Road Southold
By amending Section 92-30 (Stop Intersections
Signs) by adding thereto the following:
Stop Siqn on Direction of Travel
North Ba!r~iew Road North
At Intersection with Location (Hamlet]
Pine Neck Road Southold
with Stop
II. This local Law shall take effect upon its filing with
the Secretary of State.

SUPERVISOR MURPHY: Okay, it is now eight o'clock, I'd like to open the first
public hearing scheduled for tonight and it's on a proposed "Local Law in Rela-
tion to Vehicles and Traffic". Official notice to be read by Councilman Penny.
COUNCILMAN PENNY: "Public notice is hereby given that there has been pre
sented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
on the 19th day of April, 1988, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in relation
to Vehicle~ and Traffic." Notice is further given that the Town Board of the
Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the
Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 3rd day of May,
1988, at 0:00 o'clock P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard.
This proposed "Local Law in relation to Vehicles and Traffic" reads as follows:
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Chapter
92 (Vehicles and Traffic of the Code of the Town of Bouthold is amended as
follows:
I. Bay amending Section 92 32 (Yield Intersections) by deleting therefrom the
following:
