The official reading to be done by Councilwoman Cochran. COUNCILWOMAN COCHRAN: "Legal Notice, Notice of Public Hearing on Local Law. Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 8th day of March, 1988, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law ill Relation to Scavenger Wastes." Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southo[d, New York, on the 22nd day of March, 1988, at 8:05 o*¢lock P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard. Section 75-21.3 is amended by adding subsection A to read as follows: A- It shall be unlawful for any carter, owner, occupant, builder, architect, contractor or their agents or any other person to fail to comply with any provision of this chapter, or to fail in any manner to comply with a written notice, directive or otdel- of the Inspector, or to conduct any operation in a manner not in compliance with a permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
