WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York and known as lots numbers 26
and 27, on "Map of Founders Estates, Southold, Long Island, N.Y." Map number 834 filed in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on May 10, 1927 bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Founder's Path distance 250 feet southerly from the intersection of the
westerly side of Founder's Path and the southerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane;
THENCE South 25e 55' 00" East along the westerly side of Founder's Path 100 feet;
THENCE South 64° 05' 00" West 150 feet;
THENCE North 25° 55' 00" West 100 feet;
THENCE North 640 05' 00" East 150 feet to the point of place of BEGINNING.
BEING,AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part herein
Dist. by deed from William E. Besser and Stephanie P. Besser, dated June 27, 1973, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
1000 Office on July 20, 1973, in Liber 7447, Page 297.

Block TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
02.00 abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
Lot the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
019.000 herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
