COMMENTS:
Chief, just for info purposes. A production company will be shooting this morning on the
sidewalk along Main Rd. here in Southold. I spoke with Kathe Carson on late Monday afternoon. I
advised her that she would not be able to obtain a Filming Permit for her shoot on Wednesday because
she did not apply in time. There is an exemption in the law that no permit is required if there are no
more than five (5) persons working on the project. I requested that she send a letter describing the
activity and that there would be no more that five crew members involved.
