Re: Filming permit
I have received the attached from Eddy Collyns of Love Story in New York. His
company is planning on filming later this month at Macari Vineyards but may
need to do some filming from the beach area along the sound by Macari's. Since
it may involve areas below high water and parking at a road end,he may need a
Filming Permit. He will be out sometime soon to examine the area and make
some decisions about the shoot and at that time will determine if he will be using
any public property. He just wanted to alert the town of the possibility just in
case we foresaw any difficulties.

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

FILMING/STILL PHOTOGRAPHY PERMIT
The Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town from and against all
suits, claims, demands or actions for any damage and/or Injury sustained or alleged
to be sustained by any party or parties In connection with the performance of
filming or still photography by the Applicant, his employees or agents or any
subcontractor and in case of any such action brought against the Town, the
applicant shall immediately take charge of and defend the same at his own cost and
expense. In addition, the Applicant will name the Town as an additional insured on
any applicable policies.
