Just heard from the Chief. He doesn't see a problem but he did suggest that I remind you
that we can only give approval for the town owned sections of beach. Road ends beaches
are only the width of the road itself.

To whom it may concern:
Men's Vogue would Like to photograph an accessories story on February 23 and 24 on
one of Southold town's beautiful sound beaches. As a resident of Poconic I am familiar
with the beach at the end of Henry's Lane in Peconic,as well as the beach at the end of
Rocky Point in East Marion. These would be ideal.
The photographer and crew(total of 8)would be shooting with handheld equipment.
Generators would provide minimal lighting. Vehicles would include a location van, 2
suv's, and a car. We would erect a small tent on the beach for warmth as well.
We look forward to this opportunity and appreciate any help you can provide.
