The applicant shall provide evidence that the trailer has been en-site and used since 1957 or earlier. 4. Use of the trailer for seasonal arm laborer housing. The pennnii shalt be issued for this limited purpose and will be discontinued if the need for housing decreases. The applicant shall provide evidence of need* aua%iability of existing housing, and other relevant information. 5. Use of the trailer for residential purposes, under a previously issued permit, after destruction of the trailer by an Act of God, if the pre~ence of the trailer is consistent with the character of the neighborhood. The trailers are necessary to accommodate the Marina tenants and facilitate Marina business until permanent structures are in place. They will occupy pre- existing space that eventually will be constructed with permanent accessory buildings. Once the permit is issued, the permanent accessory buildings will take approximately 3-6 months to complete. All plans for all buildings have been submitted to the Chief Building Inspector. A construction schedule will be executed when the permit is issued. The foundation is already completed for the main building. The main building, including interior work, will take approximately 9-12 months to complete once said permit is issued. The portion of the referenced property north of the functioning bulkhead greater than 100 feet in length and constructed prior to 8/20/77, as:verified on the survey prepared by Robert A. Kart on 4/9/76 and Tidal Wetlands Map #718-550, is beyond the jurisdiction of Article 25 (Tidal Wetlands). Therefore, in accordance with the current Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6 NYCRR Part 66 1) no permit is required under the Tidal Wetlands Act. Please be advised, however, that no construction, sedimentation, or disturbance of any kind may take place seaward of the tidal wetlands jurisdictional boundary, as indicated above, without a permit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary ,-precautions are taken to prevent any sedimentation or other alteration or disturbance to the ground surface or vegetation within Tidal Wetlands jurisdiction which may result from your project. Such precautions may include maintaining adequate work area between the tidal wetland jurisdictional boundary and your project (i.e. a 15' to 20' wide construction area) or erecting a temporary fence, barrier, or hay bale berm.
