HomeMy WebLinkAboutLL-1987 #07 LOCAL LAW NO. , 1987 A Local Law Authorizing the Issuance of Appearance Tickets by Traffic Control Officers BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Chapter 26, Section 26-2. of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph thereto, to be paragraph (D), as follows: Traffic Control Officers. Any State statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation relating to the movement, parking, stopping or standing of vehicles. II. This Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of State. ROBERT W. COUNCILMAN PENNY: "PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board fo the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 19th day of May, 1987, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law Authorizing the Issuance of Appearance Tickets by Traffic Control Officers." NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 2nd day of June, 1987, at 8:00 o5 o'clock P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard.
