Williamson called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. VETERANS PARK—PARKING LOT Discussion regarding the need to reject each and every proposal submitted to date for the Veterans Park Paving Project based upon insufficient specifications. It was agreed that Mike Ryan is designated as the contact person for L.K. McLean Associates in connection with McLean's revised specs for this Project. RESOLUTIONS Resolution 2014-36 rejecting all proposals submitted to date for the Veterans Park Paving project was unanimously approved. Motion by G. Goehringer, seconded by M. Ryan, all in favor and motion carried unanimously to adopt Resolution 2014-36. Resolution 2014-37 designating Michael Ryan as the contact person for L.K. McLean Associates, P.C. regarding obtaining the revised specifications for the Veterans Park Paving Project was unanimously approved. Motion by G. Goehringer,seconded by M. Ryan, all in favor and motion carried unanimously to adopt Resolution 2014-37. PUBLIC COMMENT Joseph Fischetti, Kevin Romanowski and William Corazzini were in attendance from the public. There being no further business to come before the meeting,motion by G.Goehringer,seconded by M. Ryan,all in favor and motion unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 a.m. -1- RESOLUTION 2014-36 REJECTING ALL PROPOSALS SUBMITTED TO DATE FOR THE VETERANS PARK PAVING PROJECT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby reject each and every proposal submitted to date for Veterans Park Paving Project based upon insufficient specifications. RESULT: ADOPTED 4/26/14 (Unanimous) RESOLUTION 2014-37 DESIGNATING MICHAEL RYAN AS THE CONTACT PERSON FOR L.K. MCLEAN ASSOCIATES REGARDING OBTAINING REVISED SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE VETERANS PARK PAVING PROJECT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby designate Michael Ryan to procure from L.K. McLean Associates, P.C. any modifications necessary to the existing specifications from L.K. McLean Associates, P.C. for the Veterans Park Paving Project. RESULT: ADOPTED 4/26/14 (Unanimous)
