A Local Law in Relat on to','~/etlands Permit Fees
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows:
Chapter 97 (Wetlands) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 97-23A thereof is amended to read as follows:
97-23. Fees
Every application for a permit filed with the
Clerk shall be accompanied by a filing fee of
one hundred fiftY ($150.) dollars, no portion
of which shall be refundable.
2. This Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of State.

1. Section 97-23A thereof is amended to read as follows:

SUPERVISOR MURPHY: It's now 7:55 and I'd like to open a public hearing on a"Local
Law in relation to Wetlands Permit Fees" to be officially read by Councilman Schondebare.
COUNCILMAN SCHONDEBARE: "Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to
the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 6th day of
November, 1986, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Wetlands Permit Fees."
Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public
hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New
York, on the 18th day of November, 1986, at 7:55 o~clock, at which time all interested
persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Wetlands Permit Fees"
reads as follows:

Chapter 97 (Wetlands) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as
follows:
I. Section 97-23A thereof is amended to read as follows:

A. Every application for a permit filed with the Clerk shall be

2. This Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
Copies of said Local Law are available in the Office of the Town Clerk to any interested
persons during business hours. Dated: November 6, 1986. Judith To Terry, Southold

I have an affidavit of publication by The Long Island Traveler-Watchman, an
affidavit of publication by The Suffolk Times, and an affidavit of posting on the Town
Clerk's Bulletin Board by the Town Clerk. There is no other correspondence in the
file.
