HomeMy WebLinkAboutLL-1986 #15LOCAL LAW NO. , 1986 A Local Law in Relat on to','~/etlands Permit Fees BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Chapter 97 (Wetlands) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: Section 97-23A thereof is amended to read as follows: 97-23. Fees Every application for a permit filed with the Clerk shall be accompanied by a filing fee of one hundred fiftY ($150.) dollars, no portion of which shall be refundable. 2. Tasker SUPERVISOR MURPHY: It's now 7:55 and I'd like to open a public hearing on a"Local Law in relation to Wetlands Permit Fees" to be officially read by Councilman Schondebare. COUNCILMAN SCHONDEBARE: "Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 6th day of November, 1986, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Wetlands Permit Fees." Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 18th day of November, 1986, at 7:55 o~clock, at which time all interested persons will be heard.
