HomeMy WebLinkAboutLL-1986 #13 LOCAL LAW NO. 13 , 1986 A Local Law in relation to parking restrictions BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Chapter 92 (Vehicle and Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is amended as follows: Section 92-41 (P,arking prohibited at all times) of Article IV is amended by adding thereto the following: Name of Street Side Location Youngs Avenue West At Southold from the northerly curbline of Route 25 northerly for a distance of 186 feet II. This Local Law shall become effective upon its filing with the Secretary of State. Tasker SUPERVISOR MURPHY: This is a public hearing on a proposed "Local Law in relation to parking restrictions." It's on Youngs Avenue, on the west side. The official reading will be by Councilman Schondebare. COUNCILMAN SCHONDEBARE: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 21st day of October, 1986, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in relation to parking restrictions." Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 6th day of November, 1986, at 8:10 o'clock P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard.
