HomeMy WebLinkAboutLL-1985 #17LOCAL LAW NO. 17 , 1985 A Local Law in relation to the requirement of a parking permit for parking vehicles at beach and recreation facilities BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Section 65-2 of Chapter 65 (Parking at Beaches) is hereby amended by adding a new subdivision to subsection A of Section 65-2 to be subdivision (8) to read as follows: (8) Parking area adjacent to the beach located on the southerly side of Narrow River Road adjacent to Hallock'S Bay at Orient, known and referred to herein as "Narrow River Road Beach". This Local Law shall become effective upon its filing with the Secretary of State. COUNCILMAN TOWNSEND~ "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 7th day of November, 1985, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in relation to the requirement of a parking permit for parking vehicles at beach and recreation facilities," which reads as follows, to wit;- BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows~ I.
