Dated: March 26, 1985. Judith T. Terry, Southold Town Clerk." We have proof of publication from The Suffolk Times, The Long Island Traveler- Watchman and affidavit from Judith T. Terry saying it was posted on the Town Clerk's Bulletin Board. I don't think there's any comment in here~ As point of explanation here, we've been revising the fees for various permits and applications and the reason this one is going from $25.00 to $100.00 is that in the past, last year, we have had to expend a fair amount of time inspecting junk yards, in two instances I can think of, and certainly the $25.00 is not adequate to cover the cost of the Building Inspector. That's all, Frank. Page 2 - Public Hear j Local Law - Junkyard Fees SUPERVISOR MURPHY: Thank you, Joseph. Okay, you've heard the official reading. Is there anyone here would like to speak on behalf of this proposed Local Law or licensing fees? (No response.) Anyone like to speak in opposition? (No response.) Anyone like to make any comments at all? (No response.) If not, I'll close the hearing. Judith T.
