Gentlemen:
We are please to sumbit our quotation for the above referenced
project. Our proposal includes the supply of the equipment as spec-
ified complete with installation.
Our quotation is for a TOPAZ Model ES53-01 UPS, complete with
Bypass switch, IBM AS400 interface and start up service. The unit off-
ered is complete with a Lead Calcium, maintenance free battery for
15 minutes of back up in a separate cabinet. The detailed specificat-
ions are on the attached data sheets. The unit comes in two modules.
The UPS section is 52" H x 27.C1 W x 30" D and weighs 800 pounds.
The battery section is 43" H x 32.3" W x 25.6" D and weighs 633
pounds. The UPS is rated at 5. 0 KVA, 120/208 volts three phase input
and 120-208 volt single phase, three wire output.
Total Price with freight allowed, rigging and installation. . .$ 16,556. 00
Delivery is approximately 4 to 6 weeks after order and complete inst-
allation 3 weeks after delivery.
Terms of payment are 1% discount if paid in 10 days net 30 days.
Included in our offer is an on site vist by the TOPAZ field service
