ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, tying and being at Bayview, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 4 on a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map Prepared for James W. Dawson"
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 16, 1985, as Map
No. 7987, which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of N. Bayview Road, said point being the
division line between Lot#4 and Lot#5 as shown on aforesaid map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of N. Bayview Road, South 62 degrees 06

THENCE along an arc of a curve connecting the southerly side of N. Bayvview Road
