erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, which parcel of land is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL 1: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Sound
View Avenue with the westerly side of a private right of way called Hope Lane, said beginning
point being 150 feet easterly from where the easterly side of land now or formerly of Steve
Doroski intersects the Southerly side of Sound View Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE southeasterly along the westerly side of the private right of way called
