BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Article IV of Chapter 92 of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: I. By amending Section 92-42 thereof by adding thereto the following: Name of Street Side Between the Hours of Location Shipyard Lane Both 10:00 P.M. & 7:00 A.M. In East Marion from the guard- rail at the southerly terminus northerly for a distance of 160 feet. II. This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
