THE PREMISES IN WHICH THE INSURED HAS THE ESTATE OR INTEREST COVERED BY THIS POLICY
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the extension southwesterly of the northwesterly line of
Jennings Road, said point being South•48 degrees 25 minutes West, .155.0 feet from the
westerly terminus of the northerly line of Jennings Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said southwesterly extension South 48 degrees 25 minutes West,
64.55 feet;
THENCE westerly on a curve to the left having a radius of 50.0 feet, a distance along
said curve of 112.77 feet to the easterly corner of land of Wiepzynski;
THENCE along said land of Wiepzynski two courses:
(1) North 40 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds West, 211.60 feet;
(2) North 42 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West, 103.32 feet;

THENCE from said point of beginning running on a prolongation of the southerly line of

RUNNING THENCE southerly, westerly and northerly and easterly on a curve to the right
having a radius of 50 feet a distance of 261.80 feet to a point;

the northwesterly corner of the westerly terminus of Jennings Road which monument is
also at the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 1, Map of Oak Ridge Hills, filed as Suffolk

RUNNING THENCE South 35 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East, 50.0 feet more or less, to
the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
