(Signed) .'�; (Corporate Title) l (if any) Bid on Diesel Fuel - Calendar Year 1990 SPECIFICATIONS FOR DIESEL FUEL FOR THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD FOR 1990 Under these specifications the Town of Southold seeks bids for furnish- ing all of the Diesel Fuel required for the Southold Town Highway Department and Disposal Area for the calendar year 1990, which is 30,000 gallons, more or less as may be needed. Deliveries are to be made to the Highway Depart- ment and Disposal Area as and when required. Bid prices shall be based upon Northville Industries Corporation's Long Island tank car consume rack price, to which has been added the delivery cost per gallon. The lowest rack price within five (5) days of each delivery will be used. The aforementioned tank car consumer rack price is published daily in the Journal of Commerce, or may be obtained by calling Northville Industries Corporation, Melville, New York (516 293-4700. The bid price shall not include any Federal, State or Local Tax from which the Town of Southold is exempt.
