Otto W.VanTuyl and Son,Licensed Land Surveyors,Greenport,New York and which map was filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 24, 1953 as Map No. 214I, together with a described
parcel lying on the southerly side of Lot 12, said Lot 12 and described parcel when taken together are
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Park Way, said point being where the division line
between Lots I I and 12 on said map intersects the said southwesterly side of Park Way, and from said
point of beginning;
