(a New York corporation) , 1705 Henry's Lane, Peconic, NY; WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action between CC Atlantis Equities Limited Partnership, as assignee of Atlantic Bank' of New York, Plaintiff and George Kokkinos, et al. , Defendants, foreclosing a mortgage recorded in Liber 13367 of mortgages at page 212 on September 23, 1987 in the County of SUFFOLK, State of New York, which mortgage was consolidated with a mortgage dated August 13, 1992 and recorded on September 30, 1992 in Liber 18150 of mortgages at page 467, in pursuance of a Judgment entered at a Special Term of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of SUFFOLK, and bearing date September 13, 1995; and in consideration of $100, 000.00 paid by the Grantee, being the highest sum bid at the sale under said Judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee: [Property description annexed hereto as Schedule "A"] TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee, Peconic Management Services, Inc.
