Present were Supervisor Martocchia, Justice Demarest, Justice
Suter, Councilman Rich and Councilman Homan.
Councilman Rich read the Notice of Hearing.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that proposed Local Law No. -1976,
entitled "A Local Law to amend Chapter 92 of the Code of the
Town of Southold in relation to stop and yield intersections,
Railroad Crossings and Parking restrictions", was introduced at
a meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Southold held on the
27th day of July, 1976. Said Local Law amends Chapter 92 of
the Code of the Town of Southold (Vehicles and Traffic) with
respect to stop and yield intersections, railroad crossings
and parking restrictions at various locations in the Town of
Southold.
Copies of said proposed Local Law No. -1976 are avail-
able for inspection and distribution at the Town Clerk's office
to any interested person during business house.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing with
respect to said Local Law No. -1976 will be held at the

New Suffolk Avenue, we originally put it as "Deep Hole Creek
Bridge" and that should be "Halls Creek Bridge."

the hearing closed and the Board will make a decision on it
soon.
