debris. Material to be delivered to the Southold Town Landfill on an
as-needed basis. Two day's notice will be given to the supplier before
delivery, and each load will be inspected by a Landfill employee before
acceptance. Soil must be delivered to the Landfill between the hours of 7:00
A.M. and 5:00 P.M. , seven (7) days a week.
The sealed bids, together with a Non-Collusive Bid Certificate and bank
draft or certified check in the amount of $100.00, will be received by the
Town Clerk at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, until
11 :00 A.M., Thursday, September. 19, 1991, at which time they will be opened
and read aloud in public. The Town Board of the Town of Southold reserves
the right to reject any and all bids and waive any and all informality in any
bid should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of Southold to do so.
All bids must be signed and sealed in envelopes plainly marked "Bid on

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE
SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 27, 1991 :
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes
and directs the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of
10,000 yards (more or less as may be needed) of soil to be used for
covering purposes at the Southold Town Landfill.
