abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map#4181, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Henry's Lane distant 746.96 feet Northwesterly as measured along
the Southwesterly side of Henry's Lane from the comer formed by the intersection of the Southwesterly side of Henry's
Lane and the Northwesterly side Middle Road (C.R. 27);
