RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town .of Southold hereby accepts
the bid of Port of Egypt Marine, Inc. for supplying the Town with one (1)
new 1991 24 ft. Privateer 2400 Delaware Cabin Workboat at a price of
$20,000.00, which price includes the trade-in of the town's 1981 24 ft.
Privateer boat; the new boat is all in accordance with the bid
specifications, and includes several additional items or options at no
additional cost.
