Measure is proposed as a temporary stop-gap until all regulatory approvals can be obtained to permanently relocate the existing cottage. Findings: The project meets the requirements for issuance of an Emergency Wetlands Permit as determined by the Board.of Trustees. The issuance of an Emergency Wetlands Permit allows for the operations as indicated in the application received on June 16, 2014. Special Conditions: A Wetland Permit must be applied for within 90 days of the date of this permit in order to conduct any further activity on the cottage.
