PUBLIC NOTICES New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Notice of Complete Application of Suffolk County Water Authority to install a new public supply well at Brecknock Hall, Main Road, Greenport, Town of Southold. Written comments by January 11, 2002. Department of the Army Corps of Engineery, NY District, request of William Hands Jr. for authorization to install a timber groin for erosion prevention in Orient Harbor, Gardiners Bay, Orient, Town of Southold. Comments by January 5, 2002. New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division ofFish, Wildlife & Marine Resources, Public Notice of application of Hampton Shellfish Co. for a proposed aquaculture activity in Great Peconic Bay, southwesterly of Robins Island. Participation of Trustees in CSEA Benefit Plan 7 V. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supermsor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 1. Accept the bid of Care Environmental Corp. for the removal of Household Hazardous Waste from the landfill. 2. Set 7:35 p.m., January 15, 2002, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on the purchase of development rights on agricultural lands of Schreiber, Oregon Road, Cutchogue, SCTM #1000-95-1-4. 3. Authorize modification to the Police 2001 budget for miscellaneous items. 4. Rescind resolution no. 882 (2001) reassigning Jessica Boger to the Town Clerk's office. 5. Rescind resolution no. 872 (2001) authorizing a budget modification to the budget for trash receptacles. 6. Accept the resignation ofLinda Scarpinella from her position as Personnel Assistant. 8. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2002 budget for Tasker park improvements. 9. Set 7:37 p.m., January 15, 2002, S0uthold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Parking Offenses and Penalties, Chapter 92, Articles IV and VI, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the Town of Southold". 11. Appoint Bonnie Doroski to the position of Clerk Typist in the Town Clerk's office, effective January 3, 2002. 12. Appoint Theresa VanEtten to the full-time position of Clerk in the Department of Human Services. 13.
