Re: Site Plan Use Determination for Four Doors Down
SCTM# 143-3-3
The Planning Board received your request for a site plan use determination for the
above referenced property. After careful review of the site, the Board has made the
determination that a deck would not warrant full site plan review by staff.
However, based on the survey submitted for review, the Board would like to offer
comments for your consideration:
1. Parking stalls are recommended on site. Stalls should be designated with
striping and have at least 1 handicap accessible parking stall in
accordance with the ADA design guidelines.
2. There should be no head in parking fronting the site. A no parking sign
and or landscaping would be recommended.
3. There is no dumpster shown on the survey. It is recommended that an
enclosure or area be designated for refuse that does not deter parking
onsite.
4. The wood ramp proposed for the deck is extending into the right of way on
the west of the site. Consider revising this piece as to not block the
R.O.W.
