Boken, Secretary Also present: Mr. Andrew Goodale, New Suffolk, New York, representing the North Fork Taxpayers Assoc. Mr. Edward Hallahan, Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New York, appeared before the Board and presented his application for a floating dock and floating runway, to which he wishes to tie his 40 ft. lobster boat,ain Mattituck Creek at the fo~t of Bayview Avenue, Mattitdc.k~. .... On motion of Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Johnson, it was RESOLVED that Edward Hallahan, Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New York, be granted a temporary permit to place a 6 ft. by 32 ft. floating dock and 644ft. by 3 ft. floating runway with four mooring pipes in Mattituck Creek, at the foot of Bayview Avenue, Mattituck, New York, all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $42.40. Vote of. the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Gordon. The Board discussed, at length, the question of the State of New York requiring permits for construction in Town waters. Mr. Thomas Samuels (James E. Rambo, Inc.) appeared before the Board %o present the application of Charles Hauser, Stonson Road, Cutchogue, New York, for permission to reconstruct an existing bulkhead, entirely on his own property, at Mud Creek. The Board waived objection to this project, as it is on the applicant's own property and outside the jursidiction of the Board. No fee charged. 57 Mr. Samuels also presented the application of Dominick DeLalla, Bay Avenue, Cutchogue, ~ew York, 'requesting permission to buil'd a.retain- ing wall bulkhead.to ~hold fill dredged from.maintenance dredging (maintenance dredging permit ~ranted June 5, 1972)', at ~aldwin Creek, Bay Avenue, Cutchogue, New York. This project is entirely on the applicant's own property, therefore .the Board waive~d objection, it is outside their jurisdiction. No fee charged. Mr. Samuels next submitted the-application-of.
