and 2) North 80 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East, 111.64 feet to

recorded 7-24-1968 in Liber 6387 cp 221 and also the same premises
conveyed by Walden H. Leverick to Harold C. Pownall by deed recorded
on 6-19-1972 in Liber 7180 cp 433 and also the same premises conveyed
by Harold C. Pownall to Carl A. Braun, Jr, and Joan Braun, his wife
by deed recorded on 9-3-1975 in Liber 7902 cp 416.
