and EDWARD JOHN BOYD V, residing at (no number) Cedar Beach Road,
F Southold, New York, 11971, as to an undivided 2% interest, and,
JOSEPHINE A. H. BOYD, residingc:rat (no number) Cedar Beach Road,
Southold, New York, 11971, as to an undivided 10% interest, as
tenants in common and as their respective interests appears
party of the first part, and HAZEL K. BOYD# residing at (no number) Robinson
Road, Southold, New York, 11971, as to an undivided 88% interest,
and EDWARD JOHN BOYD V, residing at (no number) Cedar Beach Road,
Southold, New York, 119719 as to an undivided 12% interest, as
tenants in common and as their interests appear,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, si.tuatei lying and being at Bayview,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York# known and
designated as and by tot No. 67 on a certain map entitled) "Map of
Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold# Suffolk County, N. Y. ,"
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
December 29, 1958 as Map # 2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon
