WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
`ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side
of Short Road distant 250 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the easterly side of Short Road with the northerly side of New Suffolk Avenue;
running thence along the easterly side of Short Road Northl3` 01' 40" East 100 feet
to land now or formerly of Paul O'Dea; running thence along said land South 76° 58'
20" East 150 feet to land now or formerly of Henry Olund; running thence along said
land and along land now or formerly of 'Frank Polecki South 13° 01' 40" West 100 feet
to land now or formerly of Stanley Case; running thence along said land North 76°
58' 20"West 150 feet to the easterly side of Short Road at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use in common with other owners of a righ
of-way for passage on foot over a certain Private Road two (2) rods in width runninc
from New Suffolk Avenue in a southerly direction to Peconic Bay. Said right-of-way
being bounded on the North by New Suffolk Avenue, on the East by land of Beverly Kir
on the South by Peconic Bay and on the West by land of the Estate of George H. Case,
deceased.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said premises.
