Time Limits on Variances
A proposal to the rl`own Hoard to codify time limits on variance relief was approved
by the Members of'the Board of Appeals and distributed to Councilmembers prior to
the Town Board's work session agenda for June 3, 2014, where the proposal will be
presented and discussed, and, at which time the ZBA will request that the matter be
referred to the Code Committee.
