paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Pine Neck Road where same
is intersected by the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Oakwood Drive with the southerly side of Pine Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Oakwood Drive, South 06 degrees
54 minutes 30 seconds East 161.08 feet to land now or formerly of Lara;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Lara, South 83 degrees 05 minutes
30 seconds West 230.37 feet to land now or formerly of MacDonald;
THENCE along land now or formerly of MacDonald, North 06 degrees
37 minutes 10 seconds East 142.98 feet to the southerly side of Pine Neck Road;
THENCE along the southerly side of Pine Neck Road, the following two
courses and distances:
1. North 81 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, 6.95 feet;
2. North 76 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 191.22 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Deed dated 11/28/66 and recorded in 11/28/66 in Liber 6075 cp 516.
