Located: 850 Ruch Lane, Greenport. SCTM# 52-2-30 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. The re-vegetation of the bank and installation of a 10' wide non-turf landscaped buffer along top of bank mitigates the impacts of the actions. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
