New York, and filed in the Of€ice of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922
as Map No. 156, with the ordinary high water line of Great Peconic Bay; running thence

only over and along a private walk herein described as follows: i
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Sailor's Lane, a private
road, said point of beginning being the following three courses and distances from a
point on the southwesterly line of Little Peconic Bay Road at the northwest corner of
Lot 244, as shown on "Amended Map A of Nassau Point," and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office as Map No. 156: (1) Northwesterly 100 feet, more or less, along the
southwesterly line of tittle Peconic Bay Road, the tie line-of which runs North 49 degrees
19 minutes West, 100 feet, thence (2) South 40 degrees 00 minutes West, 141.23 feet; and
thence (3) South 54 degrees 37 minutes West, 13.33 feet, and from said point of ,beginning
running thence along land of Hansen, South 10 degrees 09 minutes East, 273.14 feet to a
bulkhead along Wunneweta Pond, thence along said bulkhead, North 83 degrees 29 minutes
East, 33 feet; thence along land of Hardy, three courses and distances as follows: (1) 1
€ North 10 degrees 14 minutes West, -42.13 feet; thence (2) South -79Jdegrees' 51 minutes
West, 20.89 feet; and thence (3) North 10 degrees 09 minutes West, 238.79 feet to the
southerly side of Sailor's Lane; thence along said Southerly side of Sailor's Lane, South
54 degrees 37 minutes West, 13.33 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
